The 18 hole championship golf course was designed by Robert von Hagge in 1996 with related practice facilities for driving, putting, chipping and sand practice. Robert von Hagge has created some of the world’s most outstanding and award-winning courses, and has been responsible for the design, redesign or partial design of over 250 golf courses in the United States, Caribbean and twenty eight foreign countries.

Golf at Bay Colony is an unhurried, uncrowded shot-by-shot progression through pristine landscape, vast rolling fairways, verdant greens and the lush tropical natural flora of the Cocohatchee Strand Nature Preseve. Five tee positions assure players of all levels a rewarding and memorable experience. Those who play Bay Colony, whether for the first time or repeatedly,have said that Bay Colony Golf Club is "one of the finest courses they have ever played."

The Bay Colony Golf Club course offers virtually every type of challenge a golfer could ask for, yet allows for a most enjoyable golfing experience without tee times. Host of the Ace Senior PGA Classic for three years, the Bay Colony Golf Club course was one of the favorite courses of the pros on tour. Bay Colony Golf Club has hosted local and regional US Open qualifiers, the Florida Ladies Senior Tournament and the Mid-Senior Pro Am. Today, the course is exclusive to members and invited guests.

There are many men's, ladies' and mixed golf events throughout the season including our Memorial Day Golf Tournament, "Nine & Dine", St. Patrick's Day Mixed Event, Men's Invitational, Ladies' Invitational, President's Cup, Guest Days, Stroke Play and many more.

Ladies' Day is Wednesday and Men's Day is Thursday. Every Tuesday and Saturday there is a toss-up for men and on Fridays for ladies. Our staff of six PGA and LPGA professionals ensurescountless opportunities for members to meet and play with multiple members.

The men's and ladies' golf program is led by the PGA certified Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional, assistant Golf Pro and two dedicated PGA and LPGA teaching professionals. All provide superior golf instruction to encourage the development of all golfers. Golf is an individual game, so instruction, whether individual, clinics, short game golf school or on-course golf instruction, is personalized, intuitive and rewarding. Golf Membership
Bay Colony Golf Club has successfully managed to maintain a full complement of our maximum 300 Golf Members for many years. Currently, Bay Colony Golf Club is offering Equity Golf Memberships to residents and non residents. Golf Membership includes both spouses and any family members under the age of 23 living at home. While many Clubs are no longer offering equity, Bay Colony Golf Club continues to lead the field in luxury, stability and value.

Intermediate Membership
Designed with the young executive in mind, this membership is available to those under the age of 50. The Intermediate Membership plan allows a member to enjoy the many benefits of Equity Golf Membership while having the advantage of an incremental payment schedule over five years.

Social Membership
Social Membership allows a member to enjoy use of all dining facilities, unlimited participation in Naples' liveliest social calendar, in-home custom catering, carry out service and unlimited summer golf. Only 45 Social Members are permitted at this time.
